Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced today that the centre would provide vaccines free of charge to all the states for inoculating those above 18 from June 21. This is a policy change from the one that was enforced just about a month ago; In Delhi, shops in malls, markets, market complexes, standalone shops and neighborhood shops will open with restrictions of odd-even timings. The Delhi Metro, which was stopped on May 10, will resume services with 50 per cent capacity; 14 employees of a chemical factory in Maharashtra's Pune died in a fire. Several are missing. Officials say the fire is under control.
