Deep in debt, the M K Stalin government in Tamil Nadu is yet to fulfil many of its spate of costly poll promises. The state's Finance Minister P Thiaga Rajan says, "Not realistic to fulfil all poll promises within 30 days or 60 days or 100 days of coming to office; it would be irresponsible".
